In order to take the Lowe’s survey the customer must provide the country in which they live (US or Canada), time of visit, total amount spend, 12 digit Lowe’s receipt number, and have access to the Internet as they survey cannot be taken by phone.
Contestants can also enter the Lowe’s Survey 2018 promotion without purchase by mail! In order to enter without purchase via US Mail please write to: Lowe’s 2018/2019 Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 2274, Framingham, MA 01703-2274 USA… include a 3 x 5 index card with the contestants complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes please), city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, daytime phone number, and email address along with proper postage.

- The $300 will be awarded in the form of a check
- A Lowe’s purchase will not increase the odds of winning the $300 grand prize
- Customers must take the Lowe’s survey within 10 days of purchase or the entry receipt will become void
- One entry per week per email or household address regardless of the method of entry selected
- One prize per person or household over the Sweepstakes Period
- No entries will be retained for subsequent monthly drawings
- The $300 prize draw associated with the Lowes.com/Survey 2018 edition will usually take place within the first week of the month for all entries received during the previous month
- Winners will be notified via telephone, email and/or overnight mail
- Non claimed prizes associated with the Lowe’s Survey Sweepstakes will NOT carry over to next months prize draw
- This sweepstakes will not provide a Lowe’s Coupon
